Manor has grown faster than its wiring. Most of what we see is a house built between 2005 and 2022 with a builder-grade panel that was sized for exactly what the house had on closing day — and nothing more. Then comes the EV, the hot tub, the shop out back, the second fridge in the garage, and suddenly the panel is full of tandem breakers and the main is tripping on the first hot afternoon of the year.
The other half of our Manor work is the opposite: the older houses and the properties on the acreage east of town, where a detached shop or a well pump needs a proper circuit run and nobody has looked at the service since it went in.
And since February 2021, generator interlocks. A lot of people in Manor bought a generator after the freeze and have been running extension cords through a window ever since. An interlock kit and an inlet box is a one-day job that turns that into something you can actually use safely.
